Robert Weir

Chief Operating Officer

Robert is Chief Operating Officer at Demand Power. His responsibilities include delivery of projects to commercial operation, day-to-day facility operation, regulatory compliance, energy trading, and risk. Working in competitive energy markets for over 25 years, Rob has worked in business development and start-ups in Australia, the United States and Canada. Covering a wide range of business segments, these include large-scale cogeneration facilities and retail energy sales. Prior to his current role, Robert was President of Sunwave Gas & Power and Chief Operating Officer of ONEnergy Inc. In the past, he’s also worked for Constellation NewEnergy, TransAlta and Westcoast Energy. A registered Professional Engineer in Ontario, Robert also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Daniel McCormick

Daniel is Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Demand Power and is responsible for all client interactions, sales strategy and process development, and enterprise selling. Attending the CFA Institute in Charlottesville, Virginia, he also completed a Chartered Financial Analyst program, for which he achieved a designation in 2002.

Raj is CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Demand Power. With over 20 years of experience in the energy sector and utility industry, he is the leader of the company, guiding all strategic business planning for both the short-term and long-term.

Doug Brown

Doug is Chief Financial Officer at Demand Power. He is responsible for all finance and administration functions within the company including taxation, treasury, and financial reporting.
